In 1990 Emigré Magazine created an animated presentation about the history of type and type-design for the Type '90 ATypI conference. This original Fact TwentyTwo recording was commissioned by Emigré to sync with the animation and serve as a musical bed for the presentation of text and imagery. The main melody running throughout is derived from a Cathode Raymonde (F22 side project) track named "Bat-A-Bird".
